Projects can use Rosetta-based scoring or the open-source FreeBindCraft path. - **BoltzGen**: all-atom design for VHH antibodies, miniproteins, linear and cyclic peptides, helicons, and miniproteins designed against small-molecule targets. - **PXDesign**: diffusion-based de novo miniprotein binder design with Protenix and AF2-IG evaluation. - **ESMFold2 pipeline**: ESMFold2-guided miniprotein, VHH, and scFv design with Protenix v2 validation. Ariax is the only platform offering the complete ESMFold2-pipeline workflow as a hosted service. Ariax exposes method-specific scientific controls through guided project setup rather than hiding the underlying science. Researchers can prepare a target, configure a campaign, monitor each stage, inspect results, and download project outputs without building their own orchestration layer. ## Turbo Mode Turbo Mode is available across every Ariax design engine. It runs campaign work across multiple GPUs with 2x, 4x, or 8x parallel execution.
