8. Project Detail Page
The Project Detail page gives you a comprehensive view of each design run and its outcomes.
8.1 Status & Progress Bar
At the top, you'll see your project's current status (Pending, Running, Paused, Completed, etc.) and a progress bar tracking completion percentage. This helps you quickly assess where your job stands.
8.2 Resource Usage & Cost Breakdown
Below the status, find a detailed summary of GPU hours consumed, hourly rates, and the total cost incurred so far. This real‑time breakdown keeps you informed about spending and resource allocation.
8.3 Viewing Results (Designs, Trajectories)
Use the tabs to switch between Accepted Designs and Trajectories. Download CSV reports or individual PDB files for each design. Accepted designs are the structures that passed all quality filters and are ready for experimental validation. Trajectories are the intermediate structures generated during the design process that may or may not pass quality filters after optimization.
8.4 Structure Viewer
Embedded on the page is an interactive NGL viewer. Select any design or trajectory within the table, and its 3D structure will render here—rotate, zoom, and inspect your models directly.
8.5 Live Logs & Refresh
View real‑time log output from your BindCraft job in the Logs section. Click Refresh Logs to pull the latest entries if your run is still active.
8.6 Project Actions: Restart, Pause, Abort, Delete
Manage your project with action buttons: pause or abort a project mid‑run, restart a paused project, or delete a project entirely once it's complete.
8.7 BoltzGen Results & Files
For BoltzGen projects, the Results section includes:
- Final Ranked Designs — A timestamped directory with final CIF files. A subfolder like
final_100_designsis chosen based on your configured budget. A.zipbundle is provided for quick download. - Intermediate Designs — Optional CIFs for inspection during the pipeline. '.zip' bundle created at project completion.
- Inverse Folded Designs — Optional CIFs from inverse‑folding validation. '.zip' bundle created at project completion.
Per‑step progress bars show pipeline stages and percent complete (e.g., final_ranked, intermediate_designs, inverse_folded).
When viewing structures, CIFs may be converted to PDB for a consistent experience. For large .zip files, we provide command‑line snippets (cURL, wget, aria2c) for resumable downloads.
